Daily departure times mostly at 11:45, 13:30, 15:45 and 17:30. Check booking system for daily availability.

The cost is 18 € per adult, 16 € per student and children up to 12 years old cost 14 € p/p.

Amsterdam Old City Center Boat Tour

On this fantastic boat tour we cruise through the oldest part of Amsterdam, better known as the Red light district. We'll explore the eastern city center and the harbour area with the elegant replica VOC ship at the maritime museum and modern architecture at Nemo. We then cruise through the peaceful and green Plantage area where we see Windmill "De Gooyer" and cruise along Entrepotdok with beautiful old warehouses, houseboats and the Artis Zoo. Other sightseeing highlights along the route are the  Amstel river with the famous bridges; Magerebrug (skinny bridge) and Blauwbrug, and the interesting historical building De Waag on the Nieuwmarkt. On this boat cruise we also tour through the delightful and tiny canals of the Kromboomsloot and Kloveniersburgwal where the Zuiderkerk creates one of the city's many stunning canal views which can only be truly appreciated from the water.

The recommended duration for a private boat cruise is 1,5 - 2,5 hours.

For those who prefer an exclusive private tour, like to have the boat all to themsleves and want to  experience some of our favourite routes through Amsterdam’s amazing canals, we now offer two set different routes/tours for sale directly through our online bookings system. You can book our popular “Old City Center Boat Tour” or the “Amsterdam famous Canal Belt Tour”. Both these boat tours will use our normal meeting-point as pick up and drop of point and they have set bookable times. Amsterdam has lots of wonderful and unique routes through  its extensive canal system and on our customised private boat tours we can explore the less touristic areas of Amsterdam.
