Discover the Charm and History of Amsterdam’s Old City Center
on this Fabulous Private Boat Tour
Step aboard our modern, electric, open boat for an unforgettable private cruise through the heart of Amsterdam. Guided by an experienced and friendly captain, you’ll cruise through the city’s oldest and most enchanting canals, discovering both hidden gems and iconic landmarks along the way.
As we set off, one of the first sights you’ll enjoy is the famously crooked “Dancing Houses”, an iconic symbol of Amsterdam’s quirky charm. From there, you’ll be surrounded by the historic beauty of the old City Center. Admire the striking architecture of centuries-old buildings, the intricate web of quaint bridges, and the serene flow of the canals.
We cruise into the city’s most storied neighborhood better known as the Red Light District. This area is not only famous for its vibrant life, but also for its deep-rooted history with the Oude Kerk and unique charm. Continuing east, we explore a lesser-known but equally captivating part of the city, where smaller canals wind through quiet, atmospheric corners.
The route then opens toward the harbor, where Amsterdam’s maritime past and modern architecture meet. Here, you’ll see the magnificent replica of a Dutch East India Company (VOC) ship at the Maritime Museum, as well as the striking modern architecture of the Nemo Science Museum.
Towards the end we explore a small portion of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed canal belt. Here we’ll cruise through the beautiful “Seven Bridges Canal”, offering one of the most iconic and photogenic views in the city. You’ll also experience the Prinsengracht, lined with classic houseboats and leafy canal edges.
Before returning to the dock, the route brings you back to the Amstel River, passing the Magere Brug, one of the city’s most famous bridges and a fitting final highlight.
The cruise takes place on a small, luxury electric open boat with space for up to 12 guests, ensuring a comfortable and private experience throughout.
