Discover the Charm and History of Amsterdam’s Old City Center
on this Fabulous Private Boat Tour
Step aboard our modern electric boat for an unforgettable private cruise through the heart of Amsterdam. Guided by an experienced and friendly captain, you’ll cruise through the city’s oldest and most enchanting canals, discovering both hidden gems and iconic landmarks along the way.
As we set off, one of the first sights you’ll enjoy is the famously crooked “Dancing Houses” along the Amstel River—an iconic symbol of Amsterdam’s quirky charm. From there, you’ll be surrounded by the historic beauty of the old City Center. Admire the striking architecture of centuries-old buildings, the intricate web of quaint bridges, and the serene flow of the canals.
From there, we journey into the city’s most storied neighborhood—better known as the Red Light District. This area is not only famous for its vibrant life, but also for its deep-rooted history and unique charm. Continuing east, we explore a lesser-known but equally captivating part of the city, where smaller canals wind through quiet, atmospheric corners.
Next, we head toward the harbor, where old meets new. Here, you’ll see the magnificent replica of a Dutch East India Company (VOC) ship at the Maritime Museum, as well as the striking modern architecture of the Nemo Science Museum.
Along the way, we cruise through a portion of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed canal belt. One of the highlights is the scenic Reguliersgracht, also known as the “Seven Bridges Canal”, offering one of the most iconic and photogenic views in the city.
As we wind our way back toward the Amstel River, we glide up the Prinsengracht, passing classic houseboats that showcase Amsterdam’s famously creative and cozy lifestyle. You’ll even get a peek into local life through the houseboat windows—one of the city’s most charming quirks.
Before we return, keep your eyes out for a few final highlights included the iconic Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge) along the Amstel.
We cruise on a small, luxury electric open boat with a maximum capacity of 12 guests, making this a truly intimate and personalized experience.
